This wonderful Finca is located in the north east of Tenerife in the region of la Caridad – Tacoronte in a small village opposite the village church and the village square. The tourist Finca La Caridad – Tacoronte is located only a few minutes drive from the gold course Real Club de Golf de Tenerife.

The golf course which is located in the direct vicinity is the oldest club on Tenerife and was founded in 1932. The Real Club de Golf de Tenerife still radiates a distinguished British ambience.

The area around Tacoronte is characterised by a stunning landscape. Large wine-growing areas are a feature of this region which is situated between Santa Cruz and El Sauzal. The name Tacoronte is derived from the well-known Guanchen son Tagoror. Many historical buildings, some of which are listed buildings, are located in this green part of the island of Tenerife.

Tacoronte regularly hosts a farmers’ market. At this market, farmers from the surrounding region of Tacoronte offer fresh goods for sale and tasting. The municipality of Tacoronte is located between the coastal areas of El Pris and Mesa del Mar and stretches as far as Aqua Garcia. This municipality boasts wonderful forested areas containing many endemic plants. Until they were conquered by the Spanish, the original inhabitants of Tenerife – the Guanches – lived in caves that still exist to some extent today.
